Like the vast majority of people who have figured out how to post photos on the internet, I'm just doing it for my own general amusement. Still, I'd love it if people can use any of my photos in some way, and as a result, most of them are available under a Creative Commons license.
The license most commonly used is the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License. The license basically means that you are free to use the image for noncommercial purposes so long as you give credit (attribution) to the copyright holder(s) and continue to share the image under that same license. For all the legal details, see the actual license specifics.

If you want to use an image for commercial purposes, or for any purpose that the license does not allow, just contact me. In fact, why not contact me no matter what for good Karma?
If you do anonymously download something directly from this site or the photo library, you must use the image within the terms of the license, keep the watermark intact, and provide a link back to this page (as part of the attribution details in the license).
