My passion is to find the tools that make it easy for your organization to obtain and manage custom web solutions, at a low cost, while collaborating with someone who knows the unique realities of your environment.

I've got the right toolkits

I've been working with a wide range of nonprofits, small-medium enterprises and communities (some tiny, some huge), all of which require custom solutions, but can't always afford to build everything from scratch. The nature of these projects has lead me to become an expert in website content management systems (CMSs) and hosted software as a service (SaaS) solutions. These module tools allow my clients to manage their content via intuitive visual interfaces, while allowing me to deliver the custom features and presentation expected from fully custom-built solutions.

Put simply, I specialize in one of the most robust, scalable and flexible CMSs out there, Drupal, but have vast experience with a wide range of other software solutions... not to mention a pretty strong balance of both hard and soft skills.

That's true. I've been involved in nonprofit web consulting for nearly a decade, with clients in both the developing and developed world. Most of my work currently revolves around the Chicago area and my wheelhouse includes:

• Web planning and implementation, with a focus on open-source website content management systems (such as Drupal).
• Technical training for project staff and community groups.
• Capacity-building and planning for external technical support initiatives that serve civil society.
